Heart of Texas Electric Cooperative Payment Locations

Bills are due and payable upon receipt.  Failure to receive a bill does not exempt a member from payment.  You have several payment options with Heart of Texas Electric Cooperative.  Payment of bills may be made by mailing in the return envelope provided with your monthly electric bill, in person at either of our offices or any of the locations listed below.  Please report any payments made at these locations to your local office. 

Bills may be mailed to the office at PO Box 357, McGregor, TX 76657 or PO Box 598, Rosebud, TX 76570. We also have a night-drop located in the drive-thru on the south side of the building in McGregor or at the front door of the Rosebud office. There is also another drop box located at the Rosebud office in front by the road.
