Effective January 2010, HOTEC will take part in an Energy Efficiency Rebate Program which will reimburse you money on specific products and services that will further promote energy conservation.
In order to qualify for the rebates, you must show proof of membership to the HOTEC, as well as proof of service and repair. The program is scheduled to continue as long as the funds are available. Some restrictions may apply to certain services. Supplies are limited.
Rebates include:
Free Compact Fluorescent Bulbs - Each HOTEC membership is entitled to five (5) free compact fluorescent bulbs. These must be picked up at either the Rosebud or McGregor office.
HVAC Home Energy Audit - Up to $100.00 rebate on a HVAC audit and tune up. Proof of both the audit and completed work is required.
Ceiling Insulation Upgrade - $275.00 rebate with upgrade from R0 - R8 to R38+ (A/C & Resistance Heating). This rebate applies to existing homes only.
Heat Pump Rebate - $100.00 rebate for 14 SEER heat pump and $200.00 rebate for 15 SEER heat pump. This applies to new or existing homes.
