At Heart of Texas Electric Cooperative we know you may have questions about many different topics, from product pricing we sell to how to get started on a new construction project. This space is dedicated to making sure those questions are answered. Of course, if you have any further questions, we are more than happy to help you get all of your questions answered.

Jobs that include setting, removing, and/or relocating of poles go to the crew’s job list three business days after payment to allow other utilities to locate or clear their underground lines in the area. Once on the crews list the job will be built within 30 business days (6 weeks) weather permitting.

Invoices can be paid via the link on the email sent by the Staking Technicians or Dispatcher as well as in person at either one of our offices:

McGregor Headquarters
1111 Johnson Dr.
McGregor, TX 76657

Rosebud Headquarters
159 TX-265 Loop

Every job is different and quotes are given on a case by case basis by the staking technicians after meeting with members on job site. A staking appointment will be set up by our dispatchers by submitting the required membership and new construction applications.
