What is Texas Co-op Power?

Texas Co-op Power celebrates being a Texan and a co-op member with stories about people, food, travel, history and culture in co-op country that help make our vast state feel more like one big community.

In 1944, the first issue of Texas Co-op Power rolled off the presses. The modest black-and-white monthly was created to help Texas’ electric cooperatives communicate with their members.

Over the years, TCP has steadily grown and improved to better engage, entertain and inform members about Texas living, local co-op news and energy issues.
